Please join us for Jump Start – a “COMPASS 101” orientation. Matt Stoll, Executive Director, will review the role of the Community Planning Association of Southwest Idaho (COMPASS) as the metropolitan planning organization (MPO) for Southwest Idaho, its federal requirements, its funding, and its key products and services, such as the regional long-range transportation plan (Communities in Motion), and will explore financial issues facing the transportation system.
