People & Structure - Interagency Consultation Committee

The Northern Ada County Interagency Consultation Committee on Air Quality (ICC) develops and reviews the modeling assumptions used to perform regional and project level emissions analyses. Emissions analyses are used to demonstrate that federally funded and/or regionally significant transportation plans and projects will not cause or contribute to violations of federal air quality standards. State and federal regulations require that metropolitan planning organizations (such as COMPASS), state departments of transportation and air quality agencies collaborate on air quality conformity demonstrations. For more information contact: MaryAnn Waldinger, 855-2558, ext 234.
