REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS:

COMPASS invites qualified organizations or individuals to submit responses to a request for proposals to provide on-call project development services for roadway, bicycle/pedestrian, and public transportation projects.

Interested potential respondents are invited to review the request for proposals, which includes the submission instructions, and the associated sample Professional Services Agreement (Appendix C). 

A Pre-proposal conference is scheduled for Tuesday May 22, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. MDT at the COMPASS office, 700 NE 2nd Street, Suite 200 in Meridian.  Participants may participate in the conference via phone by calling 1-866-244-8528 and entering passcode 884388 at the prompt. Participation in the pre proposal conference is optional for respondents.

Proposals will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday June 19, 2018. Late or incomplete submissions will not be accepted. Fax submissions will not be accepted.  For additional information, please contact Kathy Parker, COMPASS Principal Planner, at kparker@compassidaho.org or 208-855-2558.

COMPASS will not pay any costs associated with proposal submission. COMPASS reserves the right to reject any or all submissions not conforming to the intent and purpose of the Request for Qualifications when such action appears to be in the best interests of COMPASS.
