The annual Development Monitoring Report contains an overview of development activity using building permit information collected from city and county jurisdictions in the Treasure Valley. The shorter mid-year report summarizes building permit activity for the first six months of the year and compares the data to the same period in the previous year.
The reports reflect the most frequently requested information. Building permits are tabulated at several levels of geography and geocoded, allowing for maps and detailed analyses of specific geographical areas upon request.
