Treasure Valley Air Quality Perception Study

COMPASS, on behalf of the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) and the Ada County Air Quality Board, undertook a study in 2012 to learn more about the perceptions residents of Ada and Canyon Counties have regarding air quality in the Treasure Valley. The study’s two primary objectives were to determine which types of messages about air quality resonate with the area’s residents and to determine the most appropriate mode for communication and outreach regarding those messages.
